We invite you to explore the MBA Program at the University of Notre Dame as a part of your story in business. Consider these points:
- As a graduate of the Notre Dame MBA Program you join the 100,000-member Notre Dame alumni community of successful women and men who share the vision of Notre Dame’s first president, Father Edward Sorin—to be a “means for good in the nation.”
- The Notre Dame MBA Program enhances skills in three areas: “Thought. Action. Values.” Through our advanced curriculum, you learn to view complex business problems with a new multidimensional lens. This view helps you to see a business problem across disciplinary boundaries. You further learn to lead a project to a successful outcome through prioritizing tactics, mobilizing resources, motivating people and communicating objectives.
- You will actively practice your new skills during the course of the MBA Program. Each semester, Inter-term Intensives provide compressed situational windows where you and your fellow students address relevant and current business problems and create solutions for global organizations such as GE and HP. Courses such as Problem-Solving and Organizational Consulting further the exposure to developing and executing business solutions. You have the opportunity to practice your leadership skills outside the classroom as well through numerous Notre Dame/MBA Associations and Clubs, including the dynamic Notre Dame Graduate Women in Business Club.
- The Notre Dame MBA provides flexibility. The quantity of electives available gives you an opportunity to investigate a number of career interests. Concentration tracks and staff guidance are available to assist you in developing the course mix that’s right for you.
